Every brand, no matter the industry or background, uses visuals in their brand story. Visuals help to communicate your brand's personality for your audience. After your logos, brand identity and other design elements are solidified, professional brand photography pulls your brand's aesthetics all together. Get concrete guidance on how to plan for your shoot from Coach Joy. Coach Joy will take you through the vision of telling your brand's story through your images. Session agreements The client and coach will set a time frame in which the client will be able to see results. This will consist of long term and short term goals. The client and coach is expected to fulfill all duties agreed to during this time. Homework agreements: The client will implement and complete small task between coaching sessions to ensure the success of their action plans. It is imperative that directions are closely followed in a timely manner to get an accurate measurement of progress. Promotional Rights: 3D Digital Designs Coaching Services reserves the right to advertise or market results of the product produced within or from the coaching services provided at no cost to/from the client or to the coach; solely for the purpose of promoting 3D Digital Designs Coaching Services. This agreement does not include the act of promoting work as our own, or selling for financial gain. Appointments: All appointments will be scheduled at a mutually agreed upon time with the client and the coach. Appointments must be rescheduled by the morning of the appointment. If it is not the session will be terminated and no refund will be granted. If there is a no call no show the appointment will count as complete and no refund will be granted. Refund Policy: ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE. 3D Digital Designs and Coach Joy will always work diligently to meet our clients needs. Dispute Resolution: All disputes related to this Contract shall be resolved exclusively in a court located in Macomb County, Michigan and shall be governed by Michigan law. Each party irrevocably waives its right to a jury in any such dispute. The non-prevailing party shall be responsible for the prevailing party’s attorneys’ fees and any other costs related to resolving the dispute. The prevailing party shall be entitled to recover all costs, expenses, and reasonable attorney’s fees in any action brought to enforce the terms of this Contract.
